Walvissen - Whales

Vandaag is het zondag en wat doe je na kerk in Muizenberg? Er zijn verschillende opties. Een aantal hebben we al gehad. Maar dit maal heb ik samen met Claudia een wandeling gemaakt naar Kalkbay. Dit is wat we onderweg tegen kwamen. De laatste foto's zijn van de terugweg. Eerst zagen we alleen een puf in het water. Was er iets te zien? We liepen een stuk verder en toen zagen we meer pufs. Onze ogen hadden ons dus niet bedrogen. We hebben lang naar dit spectakel gekeken. Mooi! Geweldig! 

Today it is sunday and what do you do after church in Muizenberg? There are several options. A couple we already did. But this time I made a walk to Kalkbay together with Claudia. This is wat we saw along the way. The last pictures are from our way back. First we only a puff in the water. Was that really something? We walked a bit further and than we saw more puffs. Our eyes hadn't betrayed us. We have been watching for a long time at this spectacle. Beautiful! Amazing! 

Beklimming - Climbing

 Na de Pinguïns heb ik samen met Claudia een klim gemaakt naar de top van de Muizenberg. 't Was zwaar, steil, veel wind, maar wat een uitzicht als je eindelijk boven bent is geweldig.

 After the Pinguïns I climbed the Muizenberg mountain together with Claudia. It was heavy, steep, lot of wind, but the view when you're finally at the top is amazing.
 

 En nog een paar beestjes die we onderweg tegen kwamen.

Pinguïns

 Ons school uitje was Pinguïns kijken. Hier is de uitgebreide foto sessie met de Pinguïns. Er was nog meer te zien. Ook een aantal exotische bomen en bloemen. Schitterend de natuur hier in Zuid Afrika.

 Our school outing was to watch Pinguïns. Here is the extended photo session with the Pinguïns. There was a lot more to see. Also a couple of exotic trees and flowers. So beautiful the nature here in South Africa.

Voor de familie - For the family

 In Muizenberg kom je ook interesante dingen tegen wat leuk is voor de familie. Vanuit mijn kamer zie heb ik niet alleen uitzicht op de Muizenberg. Ik word ook elke ochtend wakker van een stel honden die de buurt wakker blaffen. En hier is een Lab die ik zie vanaf mijn balkon. Voor moeder.

 In Muizenberg you can see lots of interesting things, also for the family. From my room I am not only having a great view on the Muizenberg. Every morning I am woken up by a couple of dogs who wake up the whole neighbourhood. And here is a Lab I can spot from my balcony. For mom.

 En deze is voor Jeroen. Let vooral op het kontje. Steekt wat uit en er staat iets lekker opgeschreven.

 And this one is for Jeroen. Look especially for its butt. Comes out a bit and something yummy is written on it.
